3-A Construction, LLC is headquartered in Jefferson, Oregon, in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Our primary service area spans eight counties in western Oregon: Marion, Linn, Polk, Benton, Lane, Yamhill, Clackamas, and Washington. Within these counties we serve every city, town, and unincorporated community with the full range of our manufactured home installation and site development services.
We work with every local jurisdiction, from city planning departments to county building divisions, and hold all required state licenses including CCB #167959, MDI #1974, and DEQ #39002. Whether your property is inside city limits, in an urban growth boundary, or on rural acreage, we know the permitting requirements and can guide you through the process from start to finish.
For projects outside our core eight-county area, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis. If you have a manufactured home project elsewhere in Oregon, contact us to discuss your needs and we will let you know whether we can help.
