Lane County

Lane County stretches from the Oregon Coast to the Cascade crest, with the majority of its population concentrated in the Eugene-Springfield metro area in the southern Willamette Valley. 3-A Construction, LLC serves property owners throughout the county's western half, from Cottage Grove and Creswell in the south to Junction City and Veneta in the north and west. Our Jefferson headquarters is about an hour's drive to the Eugene-Springfield area, and we maintain an active project presence in Lane County year-round.

Lane County Land Management handles permits for unincorporated areas, while Eugene and Springfield each have their own planning and building departments with distinct manufactured home regulations. Eugene has been particularly progressive with ADU policies, and Springfield has designated areas for manufactured home placement. We coordinate with all three jurisdictions and manage the full permitting process for our Lane County clients.

Our Lane County work includes manufactured home installation on both residential lots and rural parcels, site development on the clay-heavy soils typical of the southern valley, septic system installation for properties outside municipal sewer districts, and ADU construction in Eugene and Springfield neighborhoods where accessory dwelling units are in high demand.
